We are going to be wrapping up the two weeks - or so - of journaling on a daily topic.  Hopefully the practice has etched itself into your days and you are feeling comfortable with the process.  Tomorrow we will take a look at how to look back at a journal and review its underlying content and process.  This is really how we use the journal as a tool for personal growth in spiritual direction + formation.  It helps us to read the roadmap of the life revealed.  In this case - our own.
